Practice Tools for ESL312, ESL316 and ESL302
For grammar, writing, and
listening mastery, you can use the following
ONSITE SOFTWARE
and ONLINE LINKS listed in the
chart below. You can complete all of the New Dynamic English and the
Focus on Grammar exercises in the ESL Lab (GE 209B) and Focus on
Grammar in the Writing Center (GE 207) or the Title III
Lab (GE 118). The online exercises can be completed anywhere you have access to
a computer with an Internet connection. These links provide listening practice
and further grammatical explanations that will reinforce what you learn in
Focus on Grammar and New Dynamic English.
The Focus on Grammar
High-Intermediate Course integrates the grammar of each unit within
high-interest reading, listening, and writing activities. Be sure to check out
the grammar notes for each unit and the appendices for useful charts and lists
for reference and practice. Most importantly, take time to write on at
least one of the topics at the end of each FOG unit.
FOG = Focus on Grammar -
